In many instances smokers are demotivated: Official brochures mention loss, renunciation, even a warning that you could “quit” smoking with the help of your doctor or pharmacist. Do you notice anything about this choice of words? Once you stop smoking, you will rub your eyes afterwards and wonder why it was so easy and why nothing is missing. Why should you miss anything? Only smokers miss smoking – non-smokers do not. So, stopping is rather a gain than a renunciation: you will no longer have to smoke regularly, interrupt your hobbies, and you will be able to watch the credits in peace even after a long movie. You get rid of something that makes you sick and costs a lot of money. As a non-smoker you will become healthier, have more money in your pocket, more oxygen in your body and more energy overall.
